Participate in design reviews and support risk‑based decision‑making (Design Review, DFMEA, DFSS, etc.). Coordinate with contract manufacturers and external engineering partners as needed. About You Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years experience in electrical design for electro‑mechanical or automated systems. Strong hands‑on expertise with electrical architecture, system integration, EMC, and functional safety. Proven experience creating schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness/cabinet designs. Skilled in SolidWorks; knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical or EPlan is highly desirable. Strong understanding of risk assessment and safety analysis methods and tools (e.g., Safexpert, Sistema). Familiarity with standards such as EN 60204‑1, IEC 61010‑1, and the Machinery Directive. Experience with reliability engineering and data‑driven analysis. Skilled in Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Preferred SkillsT‑shaped engineering profile: deep electrical hardware expertise with broad exposure to procurement, quality, and manufacturing. Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, manufacturing automation, robotics). Knowledge of DFMEA, DFSS, DOE methodologies. Proficiency with MS Office; working experience with MS Project, Jira, and ERP systems (e.g., Sage). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
