This key position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective governance, risk, and compliance frameworks that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
* Develop, implement, and maintain a robust IT governance, risk, and compliance framework.
* Drive the maturity of our risk management through project lifecycle and provide independent assessments to identify inherent risks associated with material changes.
* Support ongoing risk assessments, internal and external audits, compliance checks, and assurance programs.
* Establish relevant controls and periodic reviews to ensure operating environment compliance with policies, laws, and industry standards.
