About this Sales Manager Job: As the new Commercial Sales Manager you will be responsible for new business opportunities in the property and construction sectors focusing particularly on Multi-UnitsYou will work closely with the design and project teamsYou will build and maintain relationships with Architects and Quantity SurveyorsYou will also build and maintain relationships with Project managers and Procurement teamsPrepare and present tender responses, pitches, and presentations to potential Multi Unit clientsMaintain an active pipeline of multi-unit and bespoke fit-out project opportunitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans to grow the business in line with revenue targetsMonitor industry trends, attend networking events, and represent the company at trade shows and exhibitionsWhat Skills You Need for this Construction Sales Manager job A Degree in Business, Construction, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a strong advantage3–5 years' experience in business development or sales within construction, design or fit-out industriesStrong understanding of interior design and multi-unit fit-out workflowsExisting contacts in Construction a strong advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to manage complex proposals, tenders, and long sales cyclesCommercially astute and results-orientedFull driving licence along with own carWhat's on Offer This Job comes with a basic salary of 60-80k depending on experience along with Bonus and Commission and Benefits such expenses, Healthcare and Free Parking.
