Project Manager (Construction) A leading main contractor based in Dublin is looking to hire a Project Manager with more than five years of relevant construction management experience to oversee a commercial project in Dublin City. Top of Form Top of Form Role: Manage projects in compliance with company policies, procedures, and Building Regulations, ensuring construction activities are aligned with project schedules, budgets, and specifications. Organize and lead site meetings with the Design Team and Subcontractors to promote clear communication, document key outcomes, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and Health & Safety standards. Oversee site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of construction quality, and coordinate closely with the Construction Team to deliver timely, accurate information to all stakeholders. Demonstrate a solid understanding of RIAI Standard Forms of Contract and the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2014.Top of Form Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management with Irish / UK Main Contractors. Degree or Trade Qualified. Skilled in IT, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
