A forward-thinking organization is seeking a Strategic Growth and Partnership Specialist to drive expansion across Munster.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction and engineering sectors.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
* Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with production and supply chain teams. Become an expert in the company's value proposition, products, and services to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Accurately update CRM and ERP systems with enquiries, quotes, and orders. Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
