About the Job The Shop Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, revenue and customer satisfaction by efficiently managing the shop in line with our standards, policies and ethos. Key responsibilities include leading and developing a team of staff, volunteers and TUS participants to achieve high standards of business growth while ensuring compliance with legislation and health & safety regulations. The post holder must have excellent communication skills to build strong relationships across functions as well as being able to motivate staff through effective performance management strategies.
