About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position in a Residential Centre in Ireland. The centre provides various services including day, residential, short breaks, community supports, rehabilitative training and multi-disciplinary supports. Our vision is to empower people with disabilities to live self-directed lives in an equal and inclusive society.
Responsibilities:
* Provide effective and efficient person-centred services to adults and children in a specified designated centre.
* Ensure the centre operates in accordance with strategic planning, policies, procedures, guidelines, and safety statements.
* Lead clinical practice, act as a resource and role model, and contribute to the development and maintenance of nursing standards, protocols, and guidelines consistent with the highest standards of care.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care is required. Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or entitlement to be registered is also necessary. A relevant management qualification and evidence of continuous professional development are expected.
