Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping, and security procedures, run smoothly and efficiently.
* Supervise and coordinate all night shift operations, managing guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
* Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
* Oversee the night audit process to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions.
* Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues.
* Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night, following established protocols and procedures.
* Assist in training and supervising night team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities during the night shift.
* Prepare and distribute reports detailing nightly activities, including occupancy rates, incidents, and guest feedback.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
* Proficiency in hotel management software and other relevant computer applications.
* Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of service and professionalism.
* Knowledge of safety and security procedures, with the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
