Responsibilities
Policy Design & Process Optimization: Develop and design financial policies, procedures, and solutions, establishing standards and ensuring effective management. Utilize expertise to create business-oriented and innovative financial policies and processes, continuously improving their effectiveness.
Team Management: Lead the settlement team, identify and develop high-potential talent, and enhance overall team capability. Establish incentive mechanisms to boost motivation and engagement. Foster a positive team culture to strengthen cohesion and belonging.
Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, manage risks, and maintain consistency and accuracy in company financial practices.
Technical Support & Training: Serve as a technical expert to provide support to the settlement team, shared service center, and business users. Conduct training to improve the team’s professional knowledge and skills.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Oversee and assess the effectiveness and compliance of processes to ensure efficient operation of financial systems, supporting sustainable business development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above (Master’s preferred), with the ability to comprehend and apply complex financial concepts and tools.
* Project management certification or proven experience; strong background in finance-related projects.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or project management, including at least 2 years in team management.
* Experience leading financial system implementations, team transformations, greenfield finance team setups, or cross-functional projects involving process improvement and automation.
* Strong collaboration skills to work across departments and ensure effective communication and implementation of financial policies.
* Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage relationships with Treasury, Tax, Credit Control, Legal, and other functions.
* Resilience to handle urgent and complex collection scenarios under pressure.
* Quick learning agility to adapt to evolving financial practices and maintain role competitiveness.
