The Quality Systems Manager is responsible for leading the activities of the Quality Systems Department. This role involves managing change control, non-conformance investigations, documentation management, quality agreements process, complaints system, global standards process and other related quality system elements.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop a Quality System organization that meets business needs and succession plans.
* Provide leadership and direction to the Quality and Site Management Team to ensure business, quality and compliance goals are met following a defined Standard of Leadership behaviour model.
* Promote harmonization and alignment with IMSC Quality Policies, Guidelines, Programs and Systems by partnering with other Site Quality Heads.
* Lead the Quality Systems Management Review (QSMR) and site quality risk register.
* Oversight of the Site Quality Plan.
* Active participation in the QA Operational Leadership Team and support for the Quality Metrics Program.
