As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by customers. You will work closely with internal teams to drive effective resolutions and have strong opportunities for development as a Subject Matter Expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1. Saas support experience (Service Now preferred)
2. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
3. Experience with cloud/web technologies, databases, scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python
