* Maintaining FDA, cGMP, and corporate quality compliance; ensuring audit readiness and successful outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Coordinating with internal teams, global functions, and external vendors to align projects with business objectives.
Budget Optimization
* Developing and managing CAPEX/OPEX budgets, optimizing resources, and supporting capital investment decisions.
Process Improvement
* Identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance manufacturing, automation, and operational efficiency.
Validation & Change Management
* Overseeing validation, equipment qualification, and change control to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety
* Ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and promoting a safety culture.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in engineering principles and practices, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry is required. Additionally, knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software is necessary. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and standards is also required.
