Great National Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their revenue team in the Great National Head Office in Ennis. As Cluster Revenue Manager, you will act as the primary liaison between GN and our member, managed, and partner hotels. In addition to core revenue management responsibilities, this role includes a strong account management function-monitoring client engagement, coordinating with internal teams (Digital, GDS, Operations), and ensuring a proactive, integrated service experience for each hotel. Your role will be critical in maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring that all aspects of the account are performing to a high standard.
You will also be expected and welcomed to contribute ideas and methods for developing the company as an integral part of your role.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, create and drive the revenue strategy for a portfolio of hotels to maximise revenue and market share for our member, managed and partner hotels.
* Hosting weekly revenue calls with each assigned hotel entailing the advance analysis of weekly revenue reports, pace reports along with preparation and circulation of various reports and recommendations.
* Keeping up to date on market trends & industry analytical data through STR and other available sources such as Own Brand Website & Online Travel Agents. Reviewing hotels conversion rate & adjust strategy to ensure we are maximising opportunity for growth.
* Bi-weekly and daily preparation of partner yield sheets/rate suggestions. Assisting the hotels to implement their chosen revenue strategy and advising to amend where necessary based on pacing & analytical trends.
* Attending business reviews with clients to build relationships with existing members with a discussion of past results and future outlook. Advance preparation and analysis of reports ahead of meeting.
* In conjunction with the hotel team preparation of yearly rooms budget.
* Take an active role in the development of the GN yield management software Revanista.
* Liaising with the senior management and heads of department in clarifying updates on progress and issues on the account for the week, ensuring all client matters and concerns have been resolved to the full satisfaction of all concerned and in a timely manner whilst also encouraging and securing client participation in new proactive initiatives in line with GN best practice.
* Perform other related duties and responsibilities including ad hoc projects as outlined by the management team and/or board of directors/Hotel management including ad hoc reviews of potential new hotels.
* Relationship management with client hotels is a key function of this role, communicating all progress and potential client concerns to the relevant GN departments, maintaining professionalism in all company-related activities.
