KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER VENDING, QSR’s & CTB

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The OOH Key Account Manager will report to the OOH Commercial Manager. This person will focus on developing relationships with a mix of customers and on delivering the commercial plans across our healthy snacks, beverages, and confectionery portfolio.
KEY TASKS:
1. Development and implementation of strategic vending and QSR channel plans.
2. Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key vending and QSR customers in ROI to drive distribution points.
3. Identify and target business opportunities with Out of Home accounts.
4. Expand current offering and proposition to existing customers.
5. Ensure all JBPs are developed and implemented to an excellent standard.
6. Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in monthly demand planning meetings.
8. Conduct cross-functional meetings with Brand, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
9. Set examples for sales teams in personal character, commitment, organizational skills, selling skills, and work habits.
10. Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics, and ensure team compliance.
12. Interact and cooperate effectively with all company employees.
13. Support the OOH Commercial Manager in other areas as required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the vending and QSR channels. A proven sales record, knowledge of the vending channel, and strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
Customer orientation and maintaining high productivity levels are crucial. A minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with head office is required.
Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Experience in forecasting and demand planning to ensure sales forecast accuracy is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven negotiation skills, and high IT proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are required.
Candidates must be eligible to drive in Ireland, hold a full clean driver’s license, and be prepared for extensive travel due to customer locations around ROI.
