We take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience every day of the week.We are currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Bar Staff to join our growing team, with the flexibility to work across our Tullamore, Birr, and Portarlington locations as required.
Hours:

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe bar area at all times
* Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
* Restock spirits, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other bar essentials
* Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a busy environment
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service, particularly during peak trading times
* Remain calm, focused, and professional in high-pressure situations
* Adhere to all licensing regulations, health & safety standards, and company procedures
* Assist with end-of-shift duties such as cleaning, stock checks, and resetting the bar
What We're Looking For:
* A positive, proactive attitude and genuine interest in the bar industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility with working hours
* Previous bar or hospitality experience beneficial but not required — full training provided for suitable candidates
* Applicants must be 18+ to serve alcohol (no applicants under 18)
