We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Grade III Clerical Officer for a temporary position in Bray, Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the office.
Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow (on site)
Temporary 3 month initial contract
Pay scale is €16.87- €26.25 depending on previous relative public sector experience.
Full Time: 35 hrs Mon- Fri (9-5)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Support staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience.
Must be available for an immediate start following a successful pre- employment.
