The primary purpose of this post is to be responsible for providing a high quality, patient-focussed echocardiography service for GP-referred patients in St Luke's General Hospital and specialist ambulatory care hub, under the clinical and governance framework of the Cardiology Service in St Luke's General Hospital.
The Chief 1 Cardiac Physiologist will also support cardiac investigations and interventions in St Luke's General Hospital and will work as part of the Integrated Care Cardiology Team. The post holder will also be expected to perform all cardiac investigations or other duties deemed appropriate to their position, coupled with supporting the Chief II Physiologist in providing and developing a busy service
