Senior HR Manager
A highly experienced and proactive Senior HR Manager is required to lead the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for all employees, providing exceptional HR support and guidance.
* Recommend and implement new HR policies, procedures, and initiatives with an employee-centered mindset, ensuring high leadership engagement and compliance with changing legislation and HR best practice.
* Scale current policies and objectives of the Company, ensuring consistency across departments.
* Investigate thoroughly all employee relations processes within the time guidelines of the company policies.
* Manage and administer the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, including candidate review, interview setup, issuing contracts, and managing work visa requirements.
* Liaise with the Accommodation Manager regarding new arrivals.
* Manage and monitor employees' working hours, sending weekly reports to the management team.
* Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee information, including new hires, bank holidays, and other relevant details.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role.
* At least 3 years' experience in a people management position.
* Relevant qualification.
* Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills with all levels of employees and managers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort managing the administrative aspects of HR operations.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity.
