Job Description:
Our client, an established hospital in Cork, wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager in Endoscopy. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a reputable hospital.
Responsibilities:
1. Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
2. Have a minimum of 2 years experience at CNM1 level.
3. Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits.
4. Must be working in a hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar.
5. Possess excellent communication skills.
6. Demonstrate organisational & interpersonal skills.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge in clinical practice.
8. Hold a management qualification or be willing to undertake one.
9. Exhibit well-developed leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
10. Possess computer skills.
11. Provide excellent patient care to a high standard.
12. Have proven written and verbal communication abilities.
13. Have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
