About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Main Responsibilities
* Source and win new business opportunities across all owned business segments.
* Collaborate with the Director of Sales (DOS) to ensure objectives are achieved in the sales business plan.
* Represent the company at sales team meetings, internal customer-led events, and external events as appropriate.
* Utilize available tools to support efficient ways of working, including CRM, BI Tools, Market Intelligence Tools, and Solver.
* Develop and execute proactive sales plans to nurture new accounts across all owned segments.
Key Performance Indicators
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's strategy.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commercial awareness with strong analytical skills and ability to identify business trends.
* Excellent organization and planning skills.
* Sales-focused and results-driven.
