Overview
Operations Associate – Regulatory Reporting to join the Client and Regulatory Reporting Team in Dublin - Dundrum Office. In this role, you will execute day-to-day operational tasks relating to regulatory and client deliverables across UCITS KIID, PRIIPs, Factsheets, and MIFID II services. You will help ensure that client satisfaction remains exceptional and that internal procedures continually evolve to be more efficient and robust.
Responsibilities
* Create daily and weekly project plans and ensure all tasks are accurately completed.
* Provide regular updates to the senior associate on deliverables, issues, and client interactions.
* Ensure all client projects are carried out as per the client SLAs and internal process documents.
* Review any documentation for the highest level of accuracy before releasing to clients.
* Prepare invoices and ensure accuracy prior to submitting for the senior associate for review.
* Ensure client calls are prepared in advance, with a live status report being delivered to the client and discussed during the call.
* Ensure all client or client-related correspondence is responded to in a timely fashion.
* Carry out training within the team as required and where requested.
* Guarantee all procedures are maintained for the list of assigned clients.
* Identify areas of improvement while utilising our inhouse development team.
* Confirm other duties/responsibilities assigned by the Manager are completed in the timeframe required.
Qualifications
* Recent graduate or an associate with experience in a similar or related role.
* Excellent Word, Excel and attention to detail skills.
* Maintain high productivity, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with a professional approach and attention to detail.
* Strong interpersonal skills required, with accountability for team and business deliverables.
* The ability to work within a team structure alongside multiple levels and departments, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues and clients.
