Key Responsibilities: Section Management: Oversee and manage your designated section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards.
Menu Execution: Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to deliver daily menus, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish.
Training & Mentoring: Assist in training and developing junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service in your section.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain excellent kitchen cleanliness, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Stock Control: Assist with managing stock, including ordering, rotation, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a close-knit team, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, especially during busy service periods.
What Were Looking For: Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen.
Culinary Knowledge: Strong understanding of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food preparation.
