Flutter's Procurement Transformation Programme is providing the organisation the Target Operating Model (TOM) needed to power and protect the spend of a global, US-listed gambling and gaming leader.
A global base, Flutter Entertainment India (FEI) has been established in Hyderabad.

Role overview Our 3rd party partnerships are essential to supporting our business operations, growth and strategic aims.
Our supply chain must be focussed on delivering good consumer outcomes and maintaining operational resilience.
As such, it's crucial that we understand the risks faced from our end-to-end supply chain and ensure we're managing them effectively.
To support our efforts, we're looking for dedicated professionals to join our growing global supplier risk management team (SRM).
As a Group Supplier Risk Manager at Flutter, you will play a crucial role in managing and mitigating risks related to third-party suppliers.
You will be responsible for developing risk management frameworks, conducting due diligence and ensuring that our suppliers align with industry regulations and internal standards.
This role will require collaboration across multiple departments, including procurement, compliance, legal, and IT, to safeguard the company's operations and reputation and are helping to deliver on our strategic, including our Positive Impact Plan.
The Group Supplier Risk Manager role will involve: Manage the implementation of Flutter's supplier risk management framework and related processes (including but not limited to):Conduct and coordinate segmentation of Flutter's supplier base to classify suppliers based on their criticality and risk exposureConduct and maintain supplier risk control assessments and supplier risk profilesCoordinate ongoing risk monitoring and mitigation activities with suppliers, business and cross-functional teams across Flutter and its subsidiariesAssisting in the development of SRM initiatives (eg: supporting ESG agenda and advancement of our Positive Impact Plan, developing Exit Plans and Business Continuity Plans)Teamwork & Partner Engagement: Taking a collaborative business-partnered approach to achieving business objectives with internal teams (for example, category management and supplier management teams) and external suppliersEstablish positive relationships with distributed team members across Flutter's subsidiaries to collaboratively drive PTP and embed standard ways of working (FEI, Coupa) in accordance with the SRM Framework.Act as the main point of contact for operational level issuesReporting: Supervise and report on Global Compliance with SRM Policy, including provision of timely, accurate deliverables.Demonstrate existing or develop targeted material to deliver actionable risk reporting to Flutter business and cross-functional teams as neededAdditional Job Responsibilities Ensuring that the FEI SRM team are equipped to deliver on their objectives – identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement e.g.
system requirements and enhancements, quality of SRM outputs, quality of interactions with Flutter Business and cross-functional teamsSupporting the preparation of information for any applicable internal/external audits and external reporting disclosures (where applicable).Providing key insights back to business partners.Help the business to supervise emerging / horizon risks, raising any critical risks to senior collaborators and implementing risk mitigation strategies.Keep updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to supplier risk management and act as subject matter advisor on supplier risk management matters supporting business and cross-functional teams for which you will be the key liaison pointProvide training and mentorship to staff on supplier risk management and promote a proactive supplier risk management culture across FlutterParticipate in supplier risk committees / working groupsSupport the Head of Supplier Risk Management and Group SRM Senior Managers as required, on any broader Risk and Assurance initiatives.Knowledge, skills and proficiencies Proven experience in risk management, supplier/vendor/third-party management, or a related roleA good understanding of the principles of risk management, control, and assuranceExperience with regulatory requirements related to supplier riskExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partnersAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and lead multiple prioritiesStrong organisational and project management skillsFlexible to work across multiple time zonesExperience working in a global organisation, with cross-cultural and cross-regional collaboration.Travel may be required and may increase over time as the business evolves.Added Advantages Qualifications relating to Risk Management would be an advantageFamiliarity with procurement systems (e.g.
