We are currently seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time, year-round. The role requires flexibility to work shifts across 5 days, including weekends.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all front desk duties as part of the Front Office team.Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing queries in a friendly and efficient manner.Anticipate guests' needs and provide service that exceeds their expectations.Maintain a strong understanding of front office standards and procedures.Handle switchboard and hotel telephone operations according to company protocols.Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.About You:Previous experience in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel is a plus.A team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, with a passion for advancing in the luxury hospitality sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with the Hotsoft operating system is advantageous but not required.Fluent English is essential.Why Join O'Donoghue Ring Collection?By joining the O'Donoghue Ring Collection, you become part of a dedicated team committed to achieving excellence.
