Meath is seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Office Administrator to support the smooth running of their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and general queries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation.
Manage invoices, purchase orders, and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
Provide administrative support to team members and departments as required.
Carry out other general office duties and ad hoc tasks as they arise.
Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience using SAGE is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
