Come experience it for yourself and join our teamKey ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsOversee daily laundry operations to ensure an efficient workflow.Supervise, train, and support laundry attendants.Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties.Quality & ProductivityEnsure all linens meets hotel quality standards.Monitor and maintain laundry equipment and facility cleanliness.Implement inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records.Guest Service & CoordinationWork closely with Housekeeping and Front Office to ensure timely linen delivery.Handle all inquiries and concerns professionally.Safety & ComplianceEnsure correct use of machinery, chemicals, and safety protocols.Support ongoing safety and hygiene training within the department.Working ConditionsExposure to heat, humidity, and noise from laundry machinery.Requires physical stamina and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.What We're Looking ForPrevious laundry experience in 4* or 5* hotels, ideally in a supervisory role.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Good communication skillsBe available to work 5 days out of 7 days in full time employmentExcellent attention to detail and quality standards.Effective communication and leadership abilities.Good command of EnglishA valid work permit is essentialMust be residing in IrelandAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of laundry machinery, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.In return you will be provided with:One of the Best Places to Work in Hospitality 2025 as awarded by the Great Place WorkJoin a company and culture that put their team firstTraining and Development Opportunities - we invest in our peopleBeing part of a progressive & growing company.Contributory company pension scheme.
