Prestigious Dublin 2 based Law firm require a Receptionist on a temporary basis for an expected term of 9 months. Suitable candidates will have 18 months – 2 years’ experience in a busy Corporate Reception role.
Your day to day in this role will involve:
1. Welcoming visitors to the firm, signing them in and directing them as appropriate.
2. Taking phone calls and handling a busy switchboard.
3. Organising taxis and couriers.
4. Receiving deliveries and parcels.
To be successful in this assignment, you will be a very professional and very personable individual. You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone.
The assignment will offer a very strong hourly rate. You will work on rotating shifts starting no earlier than 7.45am and finishing no later than 6.30pm.
