Position Overview As Assistant Deputy Manager, you will support the Deputy General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the hotel.
This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth running of all departments, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving staff performance.
Key Responsibilities Assist the Deputy General Manager in the overall management and coordination of hotel operations Supervise and support department managers to ensure efficient service delivery Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner Monitor staff performance, provide training and development, and conduct performance evaluations Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and standards Manage inventory, budgets, and financial records related to operations Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and promote team morale Requirements Minimum 2+ years' hotel department management experience (essential) Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within hospitality Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Effective problem-solving skills with a professional approach Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary €*****k DOE with performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive and dynamic working environment Ready to Take the Next Step?
