We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support our Cyber Resilience programme team. This role is ideal for someone who can assist with managing project tasks, collaborating across teams, and ensuring smooth project delivery.
About role
Assist in managing detailed project plans for cyber security and/or technical work streams.
Support the Cyber Resilience Programme Manager with organizing and maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project progress effectively.
Prepare concise project status reports tailored for various audiences.
Contribute to planning and development of projects from initiation to implementation.
Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and review.
Assist with monitoring project progress, tracking deadlines, and addressing blockers proactively.
Collaborate with software development teams, business owners, and technical architects to align requirements with project goals.
Help document project deliverables and ensure version control of all project materials.
Work closely with the infrastructure and development teams to ensure functional and non‑functional requirements are met.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project processes and team productivity.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Previous exposure to Cyber Security projects or similar technical environments.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of RAID logs and how to manage them.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
