* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in delivering IT integration solutions in a large organisation.
* Experience of Vendor Management.
* Demonstrates strong delivery of IT projects within a team.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
* Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HSE guidelines).
* Familiarity with electronic health records or hospital information systems.
* Proven project implementation experience in large-scale IT.
* Strong stakeholder engagement experience, including presenting to Senior Management.
