IT Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT operations professional to take ownership of day-to-day IT activities and act as the primary liaison with external service providers.
The Role:
* Owning daily IT operations across infrastructure, systems, and end-user environments
* Acting as the primary escalation point for IT issues impacting business operations
This role combines technical responsibility with operational coordination and is suited to someone who enjoys being close to systems, users, and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliability, security, and consistency across our organisation.

- Coordinating security testing activities
