The Role: Supporting a team of solicitors and legal executives, assisting in all aspects of debt recovery and mortgage litigation case administration; Working in a collaborative manner with the team, sharing knowledge and know how. Processing case documentation from initial instructions through to conclusion. Pro-actively managing court lists (including liaising with counsel and other side about court dates and adjournments). Processing some basic billing (training will be provided). Tracking activity and producing reports as required. The Candidate: You have legal administration experience and are able to deal with a high volume workload; You ideally have debt recovery and mortgage litigation experience; You have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail; You are highly reliable and conscientious with a very professional manner.
