We are currently looking for a full-time Accommodations Manager in our Team Accommodation & Manor Lodges Department.
The ideal candidate will manage the cleanliness and condition of our residences and provide a first-class on-site accommodation facility to our team accommodations and Manor Lodge guests.
You must be an intuitive hospitality professional with an engaging personality, inspirational leadership skills and a strong drive to always "go beyond" to ensure that the guest experience is superb. From a professional perspective, you must have relevant experience in a luxury property, have excellent organizational skills, be exceptionally detail-driven, be a strong communicator and a talented relationship builder with a proven ability in managing highly demanding accommodation operations.

Responsibilities
* Manage the cleanliness and condition of team residences and Manor Lodges.
* Provide a first-class on-site accommodation facility for team accommodations and Lodge guests.
* Lead and inspire a hospitality team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Maintain high standards of organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in a luxury property is required.
* Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
* Proven ability to manage demanding accommodation operations.
