The Ideal Candidate:
We seek candidates with one year of sales experience, consistently delivering results and exceeding expectations. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients, building solutions, and working towards set goals.
Compensation Package:
Year 1: €60k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission)
Year 2: €75k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
Year 3: €90k OTE (Basic, Bonus, Commission plus expenses)
Year 4+: (Senior Financial Planner) €120k
A sign-on bonus is applicable to candidates with an APA or QFA designation.
