Main responsibilities
* Posting & Scanning of Purchase Invoices
* Distribution of Purchase Invoices
* Purchase Ledger Allocations
* Creditor Reconciliations
* Invoice Filing
* Creditor Queries
* Assist in Monthly Payment Run
* Purchase Ledger Expense Coding
* Ad hoc duties as required
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance capacity
* Excellent working knowledge of Irish Taxes
* Advanced MS Office skills
* Previous experience of Finance Systems is desirable
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
* A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to work
