The Brass Fox is a busy gastropub in the heart of Wicklow Town with an expansive menu serving food from 9am every day.
We're now looking for a Commis Chef / Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
What you'll be doing:
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
Washing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
Supporting smooth service during busy periods
Following food safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for:
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good team player with strong communication skills
Previous kitchen experience an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
