Lead Site Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Site Manager to oversee our medium-to-large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans and programmes.
* Mentor and direct site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor and control costs, ensuring they align with project budgets.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or a supervisory role.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
