Business Development Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business growth within our Workwear & PPE division in Munster. This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with a strong focus on sales, customer service, and market trends.
* The ideal candidate will identify and pursue new B2B customer opportunities across targeted industries.
* A successful candidate will conduct thorough market research to uncover potential avenues for expansion and develop strategic entry plans.
* They will generate their own leads, secure high-value meetings through proactive outreach, and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each business.
* In addition, they will deliver impactful presentations and utilize a consultative approach to close deals.
* The selected individual will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline and activity tracking via Salesforce CRM.
Key Requirements:
* A proven track record of success in B2B field sales, preferably within workwear, PPE, industrial, or service-led sectors.
* A hunter mindset with a proactive, driven, and resilient approach.
* Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to recognize and capitalize on business opportunities.
* Skilled in lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, and deal closure.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
* A valid full driving license is essential for this role.
