Workshop Operations Manager

Our new flagship dealership will be the first purpose-built dealership in Ireland to be constructed from the ground up under mercedes-benz mar20 x retail transformation guidelines, positioning itself as a centre of excellence.
About The Role
1. Manage workshop throughput, maximising utilisation and technician efficiency.
2. Ensure all work is documented and processed in line with mercedes-benz manufacturer guidelines.
3. (lead by example) Managing health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with mercedes-benz workshop standards at all times.
4. Complete training needs analysis in conjunction with aftersales and training managers.
Initially you will be based at our service centre (north dublin) on north circular road.
In q3 next year you will move with us to our brand-new flagship dealership strategically located just off junction 5 on m50.
