Job Summary:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering strategic HR services that directly impact the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 9 Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and at least 5 years of experience in a HR role, with a proven track record of working in healthcare or disability services.
You will be responsible for supporting the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services, and providing strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and support decision-making.
