Senior Conveyancing and Estate Administration Lawyer
As a skilled lawyer with expertise in conveyancing and estate administration, we seek an experienced professional to join our law firm's team.
About the Role:
* Manage a comprehensive caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
* Provide expert advice on all aspects of probate and estate administration, including drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and dealing with inheritance tax matters.
* Conduct thorough title reviews, draft contracts, and perform due diligence on properties.
* Engage with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain strict adherence to relevant regulatory and legal standards.
* Support the development and supervision of junior staff or legal executives as needed.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate in Ireland.
* Minimum of 3+ years' post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and estate administration.
* Demonstrated ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A client-focused and commercially aware approach.
