This is an excellent opportunity to join a truly dynamic team with international mandates.Role:Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across various sectors.Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.Analyse and assist with the preparation of valuation reports.Assist with sale and purchase mandates, MBO and MBI assignments.Candidate:4+ years experience within Transaction Services focusing on FDDStrong academic backgroundExcellent written and oral communication skillsFluent English is a mustPlease contact Nicola Flavin, Executive Search Consultant via LinkedIn or email
