Service Support Administrator Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team as a Service Support Administrator.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting both the Repairs and Service functions, ensuring a seamless process and high standard of service delivery to clients.
* Monitor and maintain repair jobs on the database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Track job progress, updating statuses and providing regular updates to clients.
* Provide administrative support to the Repairs team, including correspondence, scanning, photocopying and liaison with engineers.
* Support the Repairs Supervisor with daily operations, resolving supplier issues and ensuring workloads are completed.
* Liaise with scheduling personnel to ensure efficient allocation and scheduling of repairs.
* Assist the Purchasing Coordinator with system updates, allocation of parts and dispatch.
* Review engineer reports and process related invoices.
* Manage incoming calls and monitor the departmental mailbox to ensure timely responses.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Flexible team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a busy office environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.
