Job Title: Grade IV Clerical Officer
We are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join their fast-paced team at TTM Healthcare.
About the Role:
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and update waiting lists for assessments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
* Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of recording referrals and appointments, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
* Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to senior clinicians, including diary management, document preparation, and correspondence handling.
* Assist in scheduling appointments and managing confidential patient records, upholding data integrity and security.
* Maintain and update databases, utilizing advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts) to support data analysis and reporting needs.
* Collaborate with clinicians to reduce the administrative workload by implementing effective procedures and systems.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes that enhance efficiency.
* Troubleshoot basic IT issues and liaise with IT support when necessary.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role within a healthcare setting.
* Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to learn new software as needed.
* Strong attention to detail, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week.
Location: Cavan Town.
