Child Development Specialists
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated child development specialists to create and deliver engaging learning environments for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement high-quality, strengths-based educational programs for children.
* Plan and assess play-based activities that stimulate child development across all areas.
* Support children with additional needs and adapt activities for inclusivity.
* Foster a warm, welcoming, and safe environment prioritizing child wellbeing.
Requirements:
* A relevant qualification in child development or education (e.g. Level 5 Early Childhood Education and Care).
* Previous experience working in an early childhood setting or similar childcare environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
Working Conditions:
* Full-time or part-time roles available.
* The role is based at a leading early years provider in Dublin.
