About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead and oversee the nursing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and management of the nursing team.
* Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and best practices in patient care.
* Develop and implement policies to enhance clinical quality and efficiency.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development of nursing staff.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize patient services.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive excellence in healthcare delivery.
* Foster a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
Registered Nurse (NMBI) with active registration
5+ years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in a similar setting)
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Passion for high-quality patient care and team development
