Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Management Professional to oversee the smooth operation of our accommodation department.
This role requires an experienced leader who can maintain exceptional standards, lead a team, and deliver outstanding service to our guests.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of dedicated professionals, organizing daily duties, and tasks to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Departmental Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality in all public areas, bedrooms, cottages, villas, and rooms division.
* Guest Service: Handle guest queries efficiently, use initiative to resolve issues promptly, and communicate effectively with the front office department as required.
* Maintenance and Quality Control: Liaise with the maintenance department to address any issues promptly, monitor departmental checklists, and ensure completion before going off duty.
* Training and Development: Participate in the training and coaching of all team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within an accommodation department.
* Skillset: Proven strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Certifications: Valid, clean EU driving license.
