Job Description:
As a Leisure Centre Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leisure centre facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, while maintaining a safe and clean environment for all patrons.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also be responsible for supervising the swimming pool area, maintaining the highest standard of safety, and responding promptly and appropriately in emergency situations.
Our ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, with a strong focus on providing tailored support to meet the diverse needs of our guests.
Requirements:
* A valid NPLQ or RLSS qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience working as a lifeguard or attendant, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Flexibility regarding availability, including ability to work midweek and weekends
