Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.
This role works closely with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance and the effective delivery of continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will:
drive process and quality improvements across production areas, support internal and external audits, manage non-conformances and change controls, and ensure compliance with applicable cGMP and regulatory requirements.
The role also involves supporting risk management activities, maintaining technical and quality documentation, and contributing to lean manufacturing and plant-wide quality system improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Technology or a related discipline
2–3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred
Experience within the medical device industry is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
