We foster innovation and collaboration to achieve our goals.The OpportunityAs a Solar PV Installer you will be responsible for the installation of our Solar PV Systems on residential buildings & ground mounted systems. You will receive 6 weeks of complete and thorough industry-specific training.Responsibilities IncludeInstall Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest of standards.Ensure deadlines are met for upcoming installations and projects.Engage with our customers and provide information and advice on work being undertaken.Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years' experience working as a Roofer or have previous experience in Cladding/Industrial glazing.Previous solar experience is desirableMust live within a commutable distance of Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan.Must have a full Clean Driver's Licence.Previous experience working at heights with a the use of a harness.The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site.Excellent organisational and planning skills along with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.BenefitsCompetitive SalaryPaid annual leave with ability to purchase additional leaveCompany PensionPrivate medical insuranceBike to work schemeEmployee assistance programGym subsistenceOn-site parkingLife CoverWellness programScheduleMonday to Friday – Typically 1 Installation per day.Activ8 Solar Energies are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
